Just received an important e-mail. I wasted (wanted?) to share an unfortunate situation with you in hipes (hopes) that the info may be shared with other businesses in our area. Someone is victimizing P-Town (Pahrump-Town) businesses by obtaining bank account info, making and cashing fake checks against those businesses. I was told that there are at least 2 other Pahrump businesses who have already been victimized.
Note: I just picked this up from Positive Pahrump on Facebook. It is an accurate quote except I corrected some of the spelling. That is all the information contained in Facebook post. I have no idea as to its authenticity or which businesses have been victimized. Just wanted to put it out as an alert.
