If it does come down to the scenario you described, you can bet the Washoe and Carson Dems will not sit idly by and watch either Trigg and Mr. Reeves be the CD2 candidate. I don’t think you will find any influential Washoe Dems behind Trigg now or in the future.

If Trigg loses the suit by the AG (which I FIRMLY believe she will), it won’t go unnoticed in CD2 no matter who runs against who.

Just for the record and FYI for questions to put forth in the debate, Trigg has been sued by our local newspaper for a (possible) violation of the Nevada Open Meeting Act.

Also, in my talks with the ACLU, she may also get sued for initiating a discriminatory drug policy in the Douglas County School system. We’re just one student away from that additional litigation.
