		<description>Glad to hear from you Cherie. It really is gratifying to watch your kids and grand kids grow up. Kind of causes one to reflect on whether they were raised well or not. Lillie (my wife) and I just got back from California to watch our youngest grand daughter, Elizabeth Anderson (aka Lizzie)  graduate from high school.

Our oldest grand daughter, Joan Patricia Wood, just graduated from college in Chico, CA. She&#039;s off to law school (my old alma mater) this fall.

I&#039;m hoping to live long enough to watch Joan graduate and pass the bar exam. Not sure I&#039;ll make it that long though. I just turned 77 and am sliding downhill more quickly than I would like.

All my love and regards to all of you there in Arkansas and West Texas.</description>
