Sonia Sotomayor’s nomination by President Obama to be the next Justice on the U.S. Supreme Court has presented a delimma for Nevada’s junior Senator, John Ensign. [Las Vegas Sun]
If he gives her a hard time during the Senatorial ordeal she must deal with he is going to irritate a lot of Hispanics in Nevada. And Ensign is up for re-election in 2012. Members of the GOP have been seen as anti-Hispanic over the immigration issue.
